## What is the purpose of the change
The tests in the Kafka connector are mixing different versions of junit
together, which prevents the `TestLoggerExtension` / the `TestLogger` class
from working properly. This makes debugging test instabilities very difficult.
## Brief change log
- change Jupiter tests to use `TestLoggerExtension`
- change Junit 4 tests to use `TestLogger`
