[~dwysakowicz] for example, the keyby and writeAsText operators of the
PeriodicStreamingJob class in "flink-cli-test" have been deprecated,the
CsvTableSink operator of the PeriodicStreamingJob class in
"flink-batch-sql-test" has been deprecated.
