In hive, it's supported to use such sql like
{code:java}
CREATE TABLE empty_key_value_store
LIKE key_value_store [TBLPROPERTIES (property_name=property_value, ...)];
{code}
to copy an existing table definition exactly (without copying its data).
It's also need to be supported using hive dialect in flink.
