Description:
Rule 1: Concrete tests(not abstract) inheriting from SourceTestSuiteBase or
SinkTestSuiteBase should have name ending with ITCase or E2ECase.
Rule 2: ITCASE tests inheriting from SourceTestSuiteBase or SinkTestSuiteBase
should use a MiniClusterTestEnvironment
Rule 3: E2ECASE tests inheriting from SourceTestSuiteBase or SinkTestSuiteBase
should use a FlinkContainerTestEnvironment
