There's a new Project Configuration section under
https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/docs/dev/configuration/overview/
This doesn't yet exist in Chinese but should be done.
Please keep in mind that as part of the PR also the page at
https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/zh/docs/dev/datastream/project-configuration/
should be removed (this new section supersedes that page).
