Summary: Introduce Ingress URL templating

Instead of the current basic `ingressDomain` based approach, we could
introduce a more advanced templating mechanism.
Check the Spark Operator's approach for reference:

This would eliminate the need for creating `*.example.com` like wildcard DNS
entries.
