## What is the purpose of the change
This updates the Scala implicit AggregateFunction of the Table API to the
new type inference. Similar efforts have been done for ScalarFunctions in the
last release.
## Brief change log
- Updates Scala implicits to use new type inference
- Fixes bug in Table API with aggregate functions that return composite types
## Verifying this change
This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
