[~zhisheng] The conclusion after the discussion on the Dev mailing list was
that all connectors will move to its own individual repository. The summary can
be read at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Connectors which
also includes the links to the discussion threads.
So we'll first move the Elasticsearch one and then move on to the other
connectors which are currently in the Flink core project repository.
