[~martijnvisser] Thanks for the suggestion. I can give it a try but may require
some time especially if the newer version requires code changes in my
application. For context I am trying to upgrade from Flink 1.8.1 to 1.12.0 and
the same query ran fine in 1.8.1. The older version didn't have
BinarySegmentUtils.
Do you know what is the root cause of this issue and changes made in 1.14.4 to
fix this problem?
