I think that's fine, but what should be the value then? Because neither `hive-2.3.6-orc-version` or `hive-2.3.9-orc-version` are defined anywhere in Flink's project. The only definition which seems to be relevant is `<hive-2.2.0-orc-version>1.4.3</hive-2.2.0-orc-version>`.
