[~HummingSnail] Only committers can do that. It was not done since the PR to
{{release-1.15}} wasn't completed yet.
Please change https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/19488 to a hotfix PR, since
that doesn't seem connected to this Jira ticket. I'm removing the link from
this one but I need to you change the PR title and commit message for that.
