[~tartarus] Thanks for reporting it. Similar issue to Flink-26771. Extend it to
compare between boolean and string type can fix it.
But it's more like to be a issue of Flink iteself for such sql can't be
executed in Flink SQL.
I'll try to find the root case and the best way to fix it.
