For supporting Hive bucket table, is it for supporting the Hive dialect to
create bucket table or the behavior when insert data into the bucket table?
I assume it's for both of them. And for the behavior of inserting bucket
table, we will calculate a bucket id. As for how to calculate a bucket id, is
it expected to be compatible with Hive or others?
