No this refers to the {{TaskManager's}} {{SlotManager}}. This one is different
from the {{ResourceManager's}} {{SlotManager}}.
We could think about a different name to distinguish it better from the
{{ResourceManager's}} {{SlotManager}}. Maybe we could name it
{{SlotAllocationTable}}.
