This PR bumps the following dependencies:
* fabric8 flink-kubernetes from `5.12.1` to `5.12.2`. This keeps consistent
with `io.javaoperatorsdk:operator-framework:2.1.4`.
* Please note that this does not fix the `jackson-databind` vulnerability
since the
[kubernetes-client:5.12.2](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.fabric8/kubernetes-client/5.12.2)
still bundle the old version `2.13.1`.
* Pin jackson version via dependency management to fix vulnerability
