[~LCER] Sorry for the late response. I think you can refer to the tutorial[1].
It tells us you can set topic config by
{code:java}
./kafka-topics.sh --bootstrap-server localhost:9092 --create --topic
longMessage --partitions 1 \
--replication-factor 1 --config max.message.bytes=20971520 {code}
