I've setup https://apache-flink-slack.herokuapp.com/ which uses
https://github.com/outsideris/slack-invite-automation. Unfortunately Slack has
blocked off API access, only legacy applications can still use this. I'm doing
a round of investigation if there's an alternative/workaround for this.
