[~dannycranmer] [~Gusev] Please be aware that we can't add new connectors to
Flink's repository anymore, since we've agreed to move out connectors to their
own individual repositories. For this addition, we should have a small FLIP
(see https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP+Connector+Template)
and a vote, so we can create apache/flink-connector-dynamodb and host the code
over there.
