Description:
The "Documentation Style Guide" need to be translated in Chinese.

modified: _data/i18n.yml ( add nav-bar translate)
modified: contributing/contribute-documentation.zh.md( main page)

I will be pleasure to take this PR.
Further more:
Currently,the website and document are in two implementations(Jekyll for
website and Hugo for documents)
