Hi, [~akalashnikov]. IIUC, this change will only take effect during the
scheduling phase. Could you help me to understand why the benchmarks for
operators were influenced by it?
Regarding the fix, we can simply disable this feature by default (by setting
the default delay to zero). [~aitozi]
