[~waywtdcc] Thanks for the suggestion about the [with [no] data] syntax, but I
haven't seen a requirement scenario yet.
If you're just creating tables, the CREATE TABLE and CREATE TABLE LIKE syntax
should work well, maybe in some cases I'm not aware of.
