## What is the purpose of the change
Fix the bug ChannelStateWriteResult might not fail after checkpoint abort.
## Brief change log
Call the ChannelStateWriter.abort(checkpointId, exception, true) when
checkpointId is aborted within checkpointState.
## Verifying this change
This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
