Review Comment:
   Because LD_PRELOAD used to have a value even when jemalloc didn't exist in 
the host. Now LD_PRELOAD will be empty on that scenario, and since the test 
suite isn't running on a Flink Docker image, but rather on just plain Github 
(or a local machine), we only have glibc available
