## What is the purpose of the change
This pull request adds 3 new fields to the JobStatus:
- endTime (The endTime of a job, defaults to -1 for streaming job)
- duration (Duration of a job, from start to now/end)
- jobPlan (Contains info of job graph such as parallelism of job subtask)
## Brief change log
- The 3 new fields are added to FlinkDeployment and SessionJob CRD.
- Observer logic is updated where it now listJobs() only if jobID is not
available, else it will use query jobStatus based on available jobID

This change is already covered by existing unit tests, such as
ApplicationObserverTest, SessionObserverTest. However, unit tests are updated
to reflect the new jobStatusObserver.observe() logic. No change to E2E tests
required.
This change is tested against both Unit Test and E2E tests.
