Flink Table Store supports Spark3 reader at present. Spark2 reader is
introduced to support for Spark 2.X version to read storage of FileStore.
Supports Spark 2+:
- Introduces `SparkTypeUtils`.
- Introduces `SparkInternalRow`.
- Introduces `SparkSource`.
