Documentation states "well known Metric Reporters are shipped in the operator
image and are ready to use," but JMX reporter is not included.
When it is included as a plugin it enables local developer to view metrics with
simple console tools. JMX also facilitates integration with collectors such as
Jolokia and New Relic Java agent.
