Description: When new energy vehicles are monitored for parts, in order to
reduce the push of abnormal information, for the same abnormal information,
only push the first time a day, and the current community's statettl does not
support emptying the state according to the natural day time. Hopefully, the
community will support the emptying of the state according to the natural day
time. (was: The natural time of day TTL, for example, is that I need to clear
it every day in the early hours of the morning and at the moment I can only
write my own ontimer.)
