After detailed debugging and logging. We can confirm this is a race condition
on pulsar-client-all. It's reported as a bug on
https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pull/16171. We will have a quick workaround
for fixing this issue. Sorry for anyone who was bothered by Pulsar's test
failure. 🧎
