Just like what we have done in the flink-kubernetes-operator, I think it makes
sense to support the remote DFS schema(e.g. S3, OSS, HDFS, etc.) for user jar
in application mode. Not only native K8s application mode, but also the Yarn
application mode should also benefit from this.
