It's not just that the other tests are passing, it's _always_
{{testBlobServerRecovery}} that is failing.
Maybe one of the other cases is corrupting the local hdfs directory. While this
is supposed to be cleaned up we never actually verify that this happens. As an
experiment I'll open a PR that runs each test case in another directory.
