In Flink 1.17.0, DESCRIBE statement syntax will be changed to DESCRIBE/DESC
[EXTENDED] [catalog_name.][database_name.]table_name
[PARTITION(partition_spec)] [col_name]. So, it need to modify the docs for this
statement.
