Currently it is not clear how one would assoicate completed manual savepoints
with savepointTriggerNonce-es when using the operator.
This makes it difficult to track when a savepoint was completed vs when it was
abandoned
One idea would be to add the savepointTriggerNonce to the completed checkpoint
info for Manual savepoints.
