## What is the purpose of the change
This pull request fixes the but that the DPP(dynamic partition pruning) can
not work with adaptive batch scheduler, since in such scenario the source
coordinators may be not started before the DynamicFilteringEvent for DPP
purpose is sent.
## Brief change log
- Stores the DynamicFilteringEvent in the CoordinatorStore if it's
received before the listener source coordinator is started.
- Add `compute` method in CoordinatorStore to support the feature.

This change added tests.
