Hello [~samrat007]. I have not been involved in the hive connector, on the
surface bumping 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 sounds like a trivial thing. However I see we
have a dedicated \{{flink-sql-connector-hive-3.1.2}} which makes me doubt this.
Can you please explain what is required here so we can decide if this needs a
FLIP or not? Thanks.
