Hi [~mapohl]
I have raised a PR with initial changes.
For some reason I am having trouble running
`org.apache.flink.streaming.connectors.kafka.table` package tests in local.
I am working in windows 10 env and Intellij IDE.
Also, want to check what would be the best way to migrate
`org.apache.flink.streaming.connectors.kafka.KafkaSerializerUpgradeTest` which
extends `TypeSerializerUpgradeTestBase` which in turn extends `TestBase` which
is written in junit 4
