   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   *When the allReaders queue is empty, creating a new reader will trigger the 
IO Scheduling thread to read data. If the data reading is completed, the 
running state will be set to false. If the state is asserted at this time, the 
test will fail.*

     - *Using ManuallyTriggeredScheduledExecutorService for io scheduling task 
to avoid race condition. *

   This change is a trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage.
