I've run into this situation in other modules. My recommendation is to leave
those tests that depend on a large hierarchy of abstract {{XxxxTestBase}}
classes for now, and migrate everything else -- a lot of these widely reused
tests should probably be migrated together in a group and probably shouldn't
block your work here!
