I tried flink 1.16.0 with the same env,now in sql-client can swiftly get the
exception："[ERROR] Could not execute SQL statement. Reason:
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check
the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax
to use near 'FROM `users1013a`' at line 1" ,then the collect job just failed
and never retry
