## What is the purpose of the change
Upgrade to Fabric8 6.2.0 and JOSDK 4.1.0. This change is required to
leverage fixes in both fabric8 and the josdk. In addition I cleaned up the
poms and module structure a little and eliminated the `flink-kubernetes-shaded`
module.
