Thanks everyone for your comments and discussion, which is very meaningful to me. Based on the above discussion, I think @xintongsong's suggestion looks good to me, +1 for this plan. We should first deal with the problem of too broad lock(the real reason of this ticket) at `JobMasterServiceLeadershipRunner#closeAsync`, which should be consistent with @zentol 's opinion. At the same time, I still think we should be committed to preventing the same thing from happening, so I think the second proposal is also very make sense.
