If you download the artifact from the test, you get all the logs files and that shows lines like: `00:25:48,348 [Listener at 4f8813522294/45996] INFO org.apache.flink.yarn.YarnTestBase [] - copying the final files from /tmp/junit556163218160938509 to /__w/1/s/flink-yarn-tests/../target/flink-yarn-tests-capacityscheduler` It also fails locally.
