Frankly, achieving dependency convergence made dependency management and exclusions quite messy at this point and the main cause of that is some Hadoop dependencies are the same between base, 1.4 and 2.2, while the HBase related things differ. As we move forward with dropping the HBase 1.x functionality I expect this to become a lot more cleaner, but I do not want to make too many changes in 1 step. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
