I failed to find a way to retrieve the upload timestamps from Maven Central to
verify that. But there's a [new CI
run|https://dev.azure.com/apache-flink/apache-flink/_build/results?buildId=43550&view=results]
triggered for {{release-1.15}} which we could use to verify that everything's
working smoothly again.
