akalash opened a new pull request, #21440:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/21440

   ## What is the purpose of the change

The `Files.walk` fails with `NoSuchFileException` if files are deleted
during the iteration. Since it is the possible situation for us we should just
ignore it error. More precisely we should iterate only over not deleted files
which can be done by `Files.walkFileTree`

   ## Brief change log

     - *Files.walk replaced by Files.walkFileTree*

   ## Verifying this change

There are changes only in test
