FYI: FLINK-29679 is going to fix the comment loss issue.
But what's your better solution? Is it upgrad TableSchema to ResolvedSchema? If
so, that's the solution that FLINK-29679 try to use.
Seems you want to propose a solution when ResolvedSchema is not available for
a lower flink version?
