FLINK-25806 removed not all the legacy classes of Flink 1.15- per-component
leader election. {{ZooKeeperLeaderElectionDriver}} and
{{KubernetesLeaderElectionDriver}} should be removed. Tests currently
implemented in {{{}ZooKeeperLeaderElectionTest{}}},
{{KubernetesLeaderElectionTest}} and
{{KubernetesLeaderElectionAndRetrievalITCase}} should be removed or migrated to
use {{{}MultipleComponentLeaderElection*{}}}-related classes.
