## What is the purpose of the change These are multiple commits to reach generalized delegation token framework described [here](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-272%3A+Generalized+delegation+token+support). A change compare to the FLIP and the real implementation is that we solve the generalization with a single `DelegationTokenProvider` API. Please not that this is not a full implementation since the submitted code is still depending on the fact that all tokens are Hadoop tokens.
