Ok, I will close this issue then based on what [~syhily] said in [his
comment|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-30351?focusedCommentId=17654301&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-17654301].
Ideally, we would just remove the code instead of having dead code in the
codebase. But considering that this issue is linked in the {{@Disabled}}
annotation, I think it's documented well enough.
