For `RelDistribution`, we must convert `RelMetadataQuery` to
`FlinkRelMetadataQuery`, and call `fmq.flinkDistribution(relNode)` instead of
`fmq.distribution(relNode)` to get `RelDistribution` (Here is a bit confusing.
I still need to have a good understand).
