@wjl110 Thanks for the opening the PR, but Flink needs to support Hadoop 2 for various use cases which means we can't upgrade to Hadoop 3. Please also have a look at https://flink.apache.org/contributing/contribute-code.html to understood the code contribution process. I'm closing this PR since doing this upgrade first requires a discussion on the Dev mailing list, consensus and a proper plan before opening a PR.
